Khao Jam, Farfalle & Gathering . .

A fast snap @ our usual snapping spot . .

Khao Jam
“Khao Jam” is actually Thai, “Khao” means rice, “Jam” means “mixed together”. Therefore “Khao Jam” would mean a rice dish in which all the side ingredients are mixed together and eaten. The Chinese call this dish Herbal Green Rice.

Farfalle with Prosciuto & Cream
Farfalle are a type of pasta. Commonly known as "bow-tie pasta," the name is derived from the Italian word farfalla (butterfly). Prosciuto is an Italian word for ham.
